What the studies found
This library reports what studies found. An entry describes a study's design, its findings in its own terms, and its limits. Nothing here is a claim about what a Sage Co. home does, delivers, or prevents.
Entries are permanent and maintained. Each carries an evidence grade, the study's own limits, and a link to the source by DOI or PMID where one exists.
107 of 107 entries — 51 study entries, 56 references
Study entries
One study per entry — its design, what it reported, and what it does not establish.
References
The building-science articles, agency guidance, standards, and practitioner sources we read and work from. A reference is a pointer to the document, not a report of a finding. Most are link-only or paywalled, so their text is not reproduced here.

What a blower door test measures in a hot-humid climate
A blower door measures how much air leaks through the building enclosure at a reference pressure. It does not measure air quality, comfort, or moisture — and in a hot-humid climate the leakage number matters mainly because of what it drags in with it.

ERV vs. dehumidifier in Central Texas
They solve different problems. An ERV brings in outdoor air and recovers part of the energy in the air it exhausts. A dehumidifier removes moisture from air already inside. In climate zone 2A most tight houses need both, and neither substitutes for the other.

What “independently verified” means on a Sage Co. build
It means a qualified third party with no financial interest in the project inspected or tested the item and signed the result. Sage Co. staff cannot mark anything independently verified — the platform will not let them, and that restriction is enforced on the server, not in the browser.
