Where Sage Co. works: the I-35 corridor and the Hill Country flank

Sage Co. works the I-35 corridor between Austin and San Antonio, plus the Hill Country flank to its west. That is seven counties — Travis, Hays, Comal, Guadalupe, Bexar, Kendall, Blanco — and roughly a ninety-minute drive end to end. We hold the area deliberately tight, because verification means being on site the day the assembly is open, not the week after.

Almost the entire corridor is hot-humid climate zone 2A; the western edge around Kendall County reads as 3A on the 2015-era map. Requirements change city by city — adopted code editions, energy codes, permit portals, and whether anyone inspects the work at all. Each city page below states what we can source and flags what we cannot.
