What this domain covers

This domain covers wiring practice, the placement of the electrical panel and the utility service, the placement of devices and the provision of wired connections, shielding, and the measurement and recording that goes with all of it.

Most of it is ordinary good electrical work done deliberately: bonding the system at one point only, leaving no stray return current on circuits, pipework, ductwork or grounding conductors, and keeping panels and service equipment away from walls shared with sleeping areas. Every wireless access point sits on something the occupant can switch off.

A standard shielding installation goes into every Sage Co. house as business judgment. It carries no health claim, is never sold as a remedy, and is never offered in response to a reported symptom.

Why it matters in Central Texas

Little in this domain is specific to the region's climate. What is regional is the site survey: transmission-line proximity is one of the adjacent conditions recorded during the site work in Domain 1, and it is handed to this domain as a fixed input rather than discovered later.

What the Standard is careful about here is language. Whether residential fields at ordinary levels matter to health is an open question, and the Standard treats it as one — the firm neither asserts a risk nor declares the question closed.

How depth is chosen

Three rungs. Essential is the floor and is present in every Sage Co. house: correct wiring practice, no stray current, panel and service placement, wired connections, switchable access points, the standard shielding installation, dedicated bedroom circuits with a manual cut-off and one always-on outlet, and measurement recorded whatever it shows.

Enhanced and Comprehensive each hold the measured result at the sleeping position within a progressively tighter band, and any additional shielding needed to reach that band is part of that rung and priced with it. A band is a design target, not a health threshold, and the Standard says so plainly.

What we document

The Record holds bonding photographs and stray-current readings taken both during rough-in and at completion; continuity records and photographs for the shielding before it is covered; readings taken in each shielded room before installation and again at completion; and measurements at every sleeping position with the instrument, its calibration, the method and the date.

Measurement is made by an independent party and recorded whatever the result. A reading is a record of a condition in a building. It is not a diagnosis.
