The Eleven-Domain Sage Co. Standard
A domain is one channel through which the house touches the person living in it — the air, the water, the temperature of the surfaces around you, the light, the sound. We hold the list at eleven so nothing important slips through.
Your priorities, project, and budget determine how deeply each domain is carried into the work. Our questionnaire gives us the starting point; then we recommend a sensible level for every domain and refine it with you before the scope is set.
Enhanced
Broader specifications address more materials, assemblies, and systems across all eleven domains.
Comprehensive
Every relevant detail within the agreed project scope is specified and coordinated through the Standard.
These are planning levels, not rigid packages. One home may be Comprehensive in Building Science, Enhanced in Indoor Air Quality, and Essential in Acoustics. All eleven are still reviewed.

When the selected depth calls for it, we bring in leading specialists across design, indoor environmental quality, EMF, acoustics, mechanical systems, materials, water, lighting, and building-science detailing — then organize that expertise into one cohesive finished home.
We specify from an approved materials catalog. Every entry carries its domain tags and its source — and every version of it is kept, so what went into your house can still be looked up years later.

The Sage Co. Standard
A written standard covering all eleven domains, with the requirement and the verification step stated for each. Acceptance criteria are set per project in the agreement and recorded in the Sage Co. Record.
Read the standardIndependent verification
Independent verification is offered on every build as an optional paid add-on, and the client elects it. Elect it and a qualified third party tests the work and, where the tests pass, issues the clearance letter. Decline it and the choice is recorded in a signed release before construction dispatches. Either way, no one inside Sage Co. can mark a verification independently verified — that state can only be set by an outside verifier, and the restriction is enforced by the system itself.
